1. ELIGIBILITY
The Frontline Phonics Giveaway is offered and open only in the United States and its territories to legal United States residents. Employees of Frontline Educational Products, LLC, their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotion agencies, judges and legal advisors, and the immediate family or members of their same households of such employees and directors are not eligible. Entrants must be 18 years or older. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Frontline Educational Products, LLC. (Frontline Phonics) which are final and binding in all respects.

2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD
Each Giveaway Period begins on the 1st day of the month at 12:01 am MT and ends on the 30th or 31st day of the same month at 11:59pm MT. Frontline Phonics reserves the right to terminate the Giveaway by giving notice during any calendar month, deemed appropriate by Frontline Phonics, in which case the Giveaway will terminate on the last day of that calendar month.

3. ENTRY
To enter the Frontline Phonics Giveaway your computer must accept cookies, or any successor or similar technology (whether now known or hereafter devised or discovered) which may be used by Frontline Phonics for the purpose of entry tracking.

To enter the Frontline Phonics Giveaway, access the Frontline Phonics web site at www.frontlinephonics.com, complete the registration form for entry in the Frontline Phonics Giveaway. Eligible entry must include full name, phone number, email address, and age(s) of child(s).

4. DRAWING
One Prize Winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received within each sweepstakes period. One Prize Winner will be selected during each sweepstakes period.

5. PRIZE/ODDS
Each prizewinner will receive one Frontline Phonics Complete Reading Program (retail $349.95). Odds of winning depend entirely on the number of entries received during each individual Giveaway Period.

ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, FRONTLINE PHONICS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION
Each winner will be notified via e-mail within 14 days after each drawing. Winners must reply to Frontline Phonics via e-mail within 14 days from the time the notification e-mail is sent, or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner from the same Giveaway Period will be selected. Acceptance of prize permits Frontline Phonics and its agencies to use winner's name for purposes of advertising without compensation unless prohibited by law.

7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Frontline Phonics assumes no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, incomplete, misdirected, or inaccurate entries; or for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Frontline Phonics is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Frontline Phonics on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof.
